Where is the oil change reminder sticker?
The common practice by most dealerships is to place your oil change reminder
sticker on the upper left corner of the windshield. Please consult
directly with your dealership to determine where they are placing it. top
How do I use my benefits?
In cooperation with your dealership, we are very pleased to offer you
the benefits of roadside assistance, road hazard protection and rental
car coverage when applicable. Should you need roadside assistance,
please call the toll-free number listed on the static cling sticker placed
in your windshield. Simply provide your account number to the dispatcher
and service will be arranged for you.
Should you need to utilize the rental car benefit, you must first
arrange to have your vehicle towed to your servicing dealer using
the toll-free number on your static cling sticker. Upon arriving
at the participating dealership, your service consultant will determine
your eligibility for a one day rental car. If your service consultant
does not mention your eligibility, do not hesitate to ask if
your circumstances qualify you for a one day rental.
In the event you have a road hazard related tire problem, you will
need to bring the effected tire(s) into your servicing dealership. The
dealer will evaluate the tire and determine the cause of the problem
and your level of eligibility. If your tire is repairable, the
repair will be done complimentary (up to $20.00 per repair). If
your tire must be replaced, then the replacement will be done complimentary,
up to a maximum of $150.00. If the cost to repair or replace
your tire exceeds $150.00 during your benefit period, the costs in
excess of $150.00 is your responsibility. top
Who do I call for help when I'm on the road?

way, anyone who is operating the vehicle at the time an incident
occurs will be able to arrange service. top
How, where and when do I renew my benefits?

by returning to your servicing dealership for a qualifying service. A
qualifying service is indicated by words or symbols relating to Krex® or

may only renew your benefits at the servicing dealer who originally
provided them to you. Should you be out of town or have relocated,
please contact us at 1-800-323-5739, and we will help direct you to

from your dealership. Benefits are a standard component of your
service and are not able to be sold separately. top
